Styng

Terms of service

These terms are the contract between you and AI0, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) registered in Cannes under number 131 377 301, which runs Styng (styng.app, "we"); its details are in our legal notice. By creating an account or using Styng, you accept them. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

1. For professionals only

Styng is a prospecting tool for businesses. You confirm you use it for your trade, business or profession, not as a consumer. We do not offer Styng to consumers.

2. The service

Styng sends connection requests and messages from the accounts you connect, collects prospects from your searches, and drafts replies. Its LinkedIn work runs on your Mac. It is a tool: we do not promise any number of replies, meetings or sales. We may change, limit or remove features, and set sending limits to protect accounts.

3. LinkedIn and other platforms

4. Your responsibilities

5. Personal data of the people you contact

For the people you prospect, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. You must have a lawful basis to contact them, give them the information the law requires, honour their objections and keep their data no longer than needed. As your processor we:

How we handle your own account data is in our privacy policy.

6. The Mac app

We let you install the Styng app on Macs you control, to use Styng; this permission is limited, cannot be transferred and ends with your account. The app updates itself. Do not copy, modify, decompile or distribute it. It acts only while it is open and the Mac is awake; you keep that Mac and its access secure.

7. Free of charge

Styng is free. We do not charge for it and never ask for a card. Should we ever offer something paid, it would be optional, and what you use for free would stay free.

8. Closing, suspension and ending

9. Availability

We do our best to keep Styng running but do not guarantee it works without interruption or error. It depends on services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, our hosting and your AI assistant.

10. Intellectual property

Styng, its software and its brand belong to us. While you have an account, you may use Styng for your business; this right cannot be transferred. You keep the rights to your content and let us use it only to run Styng for you. We may use your suggestions freely.

11. Liability

12. Your guarantee to us

You will defend and indemnify AI0, its president, shareholder and staff against any claim, fine, damage or cost, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party, such as a platform, a person you contacted or an authority, arising from your use of Styng, your content or messages, or your breach of these terms, of a platform's terms or of the law.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of networks, platforms or providers, attacks, or decisions of authorities.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Using Styng after a change means you accept it; if you do not, you can close your account.

15. Transfer

We may transfer these terms and your account to another entity after telling you. You may not transfer them without our written agreement.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Write to us first: most problems are solved this way. Any dispute that remains goes exclusively to the Commercial Court of Cannes (Tribunal de commerce de Cannes), France, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. General

These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement. If a part is found invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. What by its nature should last after an account closes does, such as sections 3, 4, 5, 11, 12 and 16. The English version prevails.
